We generally work with buyers interested companies with EBITDA in excess of $2MM.

The Level X Group team works with Strategic and Private Investment Office Buyers nationwide. We are well suited to assist companies that know their acquisition criteria and wish to make numerous acquisitions over the course of many years. Our Buy-side services include sourcing, vetting, introductions, LOI negotiations, deal structure, arranging financing, due diligence, and coordination of closing. We are generally not sourcing listed opportunities. We are targeting unlisted businesses where the owners are interested in private introductions to buyers who are the right fit for the continuity of their company. Our Pricing
+ Retainer Fees: A monthly Retainer is established in a formalized acquisition search engagement. The monthly retainer is partially-credited against the Success Fee at closing.
+ Success Fees: The majority of our fees are earned upon the successful consummation of a transaction.
+ Expenses: We minimize expenses, and expenses are pre-approved by our client.
